The hotel is a convenient choice for anyone needing to be near UAB Hospital. The staff is friendly and helpful, and while the noise from sirens was noticeable outside, the inside remained peaceful. Parking fees could add up, but overall, it felt safe and well-maintained.

The room was clean and comfortable

Since we were not there for the hospitals or clinics, it was noisy during the night (sirens).

Not too much in choice for restaurants

The rooms were great for our stay, verynice and neat. The fitness center was a perfect way to burn off energy with my five teenagers. Plus, we loved the short walk to the hospital for quick visits.

My kids wished the hotel had a pool for downtime activities.

Very spacious room, it was clean but just has some lingering strange odor. Do not like that pets are all in the rooms as I am allergic and was not notified of this up front.

First room we were given had a horrible musty odor. Second room was okay but we saw a lady come up elevator with a cat and it stayed in their room and it meowed constantly. There was no shuttle or help getting a taxi to event we were attending.

The lobby and common areas were beautifully decorated and very cute. I felt safe and comfortable navigating the hotel as a senior. The staff was helpful and attentive.

Improve availability of sitting chairs in rooms.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good size and free wifi is always a plus. It's connected to UAB hospital so it's a really great and convenient location if you are visiting someone there. It's also convenient to multiple places to eat.

Parking. If you can't find a spot on the street than you have to park in the deck which I think is $6 per day, but it is conveniently connected to both the hotel and hospital.

Room service did not clean our room one day-- did not make us happy!!!

Clean room, comfortable amenities, with a convenient location to explore nearby attractions, including easy access to the airport just 10 km away.

No faults whatsoever.

I am allergic to feathers, and all of the pillows in the hotel were down pillows.

It was nice location close to the hospital where my husband had heart catheterization done at in we had came from out of town to Birmingham, in it was good hotel.

The water in the sink was running slow, in the little cooler in the room didn't work, In had to get ice to keep my baby milk cold.
